Back to Balance is a 4-week transformative Pilates programme designed specifically for women who are ready to:

This January, we’ve brought together expert women from our Sculpt community to support you in multiple dimensions: movement, nutrition, women’s health, home organisation, styling for confidence.

How the 4 weeks is designed

The four weeks is split into 4 areas of focus. Each week will include 3 x brand new pilates workouts, as well as a recorded discussion with one of our experts, helping you reclaim balance in many areas of your life - not just movement.

Week 1: Foundation of Strength & Nourishment

Pilates Programme

3 x Pilates workouts: 2 body weight Pilates workouts, 1 strength workout with weights (5kg),

Focus: Strength, Mobility, Empowerment

No longer than 30 minutes each

Equipment needed: a pair of 5kg weights (or heavier if you would prefer) a mat.

Nutrition insights with Rachel

You’ll have access to a 30 minute chat with me and Rachel, a women’s Nutritionist and Sculpt member, where we discuss all things nutrition for women. We touch on simplifying our approach to food and leave you with practical, sustainable, eating strategies.

Week 2: Hormonal Health & Supporting Your Body

Pilates Programme

3 x Pilates workouts: 2 body weight workouts, 1 strength workout with 5kg weights.

Focus: Hormone-supporting Workouts that are designed to support women’s physiological needs

No longer than 30 minutes each

Equipment needed: 1 pair of 5kg weights (or more if you would prefer) a mat

Women’s Health Coaching with Talula

You’ll have access to a 30 minute chat with me and Talula, a women’s health coach, where we deep dive into hormonal health and how we can support our bodies practically as we age. Addressing peri-menopause, menopause and cyclical changes.

Week 3: Creating your Sanctuary - Home and Movement

Pilates Programme

3 x Pilates workouts: 2 body weight workouts, 1 strength workout with weights (5kg)

Focus: Intentional mindful movement - low impact strength, breathwork,

No longer than 30 minutes each

Interior Design Expert Adel

You’ll have access to a 30 minute chat with me and Adel, an interior design expert, who is going to help us create our sanctuary after the chaos of Christmas. We look at practical organisation tips, decluttering and strategies for creating a calm environment where you can thrive!


Week 4: Confidence, style and self-celebration

Pilates Programme

3 x Pilates workouts: 2 body weight workouts, 1 strength workout with weights (5kg)

Focus: Embodied confidence, celebrating our strength, physical & mental resilience.

Style & Confidence with Lisa

You’ll have access to a 30 minute chat with me and Lisa, who is a style expert! we talk about strategies for feeling confident in your wardrobe and look at ways to find your personal style beyond trends.

As the world swirls in resolutions and expectations, our Pilates practice is about being smart and fitting in with your busy life. Flexible when you need flexibility, strong when you need strength, and always here to support you.

What do you need to take part?

Membership

This Programme is exclusively for Sculpt Members.

You can sign up for just £22/month and membership is free to cancel at any time.

Equipment

the two body weight workouts each week don’t require any extra equipment. However we have 1 strength workout each week and you’ll need a pair of heavy weights (between 3-7kg).

You can also add ankle weights to the bodyweight workouts for an extra challenge.

Commitment

Really this is about making a commitment to yourself. You will need to schedule into your week, no more than 30 minutes, 3 x per week for your workouts.

You can then you can watch or just listen to the expert chats while you are making dinner or doing jobs around the house.
