Why is Pilates & Weights so effective
Strength. As we get older, we will naturally see a decline in Oestrogen levels, which can lead to decreased bone density and muscle mass. Our weights element helps to build and maintain muscle, while the Pilates focuses on core strength and stability.
Hormonal Balance. Both weights & Pilates positively impact hormonal health. The low impact nature of this course lower stress levels by preventing Cortisol from disrupting the delicate equilibrium in the body.
Joint support. A very common issue as we get older. Pilates emphasises controlled movements and alignment which reduces stress on the joints, whilst the weights strengthen the muscles around the joints, providing support and relieving discomfort.

Can I Take Part as a Beginner?
Absolutely! It’s even better if you are beginner as the results you will gain will be even greater. I take you from the very basics through the programme, increasing the intensity and difficulty at the right time.
Can I Start with Lighter Weights?
Politely no.
I need you to trust the process - lighter weights won’t give you the results this course outlines. get the 5kg’s and watch your strength soar.
What results Can I Expect?
If you are consistent and stick to your 3 x workouts each week you can expect to feel significantly stronger, look more toned, have an increase in energy, metabolic rate will get a boost, hormonal system will stabilise.
I also need you to ensure you pairing this with a good, balanced diet - if you are eating crap it will affect results.
How Many Workouts Are There?
21 in total. 3 per week for 7 weeks. Each workout is no longer than 30 Minutes.
Is Everything Pre-Recorded?
Yes - the course is designed so you can schedule the workouts around your busy schedule. This is the only bit of thinking i need you to do. Plan your workouts in and i’ll take care of the rest.
