Finding My Path Through Pilates

Like many of you, my journey to Pilates wasn't a straight line. When anxiety began to take over my life, I tried everything—meditation apps, running, yoga, therapy—you name it. But it was on the Pilates mat where I finally found my breath again.

What started as a personal lifeline became my passion. Today, I'm fully qualified in mat Pilates and pre/post-natal Pilates, bringing both technical expertise and lived experience to every class I teach.

My Teaching Philosophy

My approach is simple: I'm here to help women feel great in their own skin.

This isn't about achieving the "perfect" pose or having the "ideal" body. It's about celebrating progress over perfection. It's about building strength—both physical and mental—and discovering what your amazing body can do.

What to Expect in My Classes

In my virtual studio, you'll never find a perfectly polished instructor counting robotically. Instead, you'll find me—sometimes mixing up my words, occasionally losing my balance, and often laughing through it all.

Because that's real life. And real progress happens when we embrace the wobbles and work through them together.

My classes blend technical precision with a refreshingly human approach. We'll focus on proper form while acknowledging that some days are stronger than others—and that's completely okay.
