Escape to the coast for a rejuvenating weekend designed just for you. Our Glow by the Sea Retreat is the perfect blend of relaxation, wellness, and connection, offering a truly unforgettable girls’ getaway. Start your days with refreshing morning sea swims, energising with Pilates sessions under our heated canopy, and unwind in the sauna or hot tub. Experience the invigorating benefits of cold water therapy, or indulge in a massage for the ultimate relaxation.
We will enjoy delicious food, prepared by our private chef - meals which are non-restrictive, nutritious and balanced (with a glass or two of wine if you fancy). Mindful activities will help you stay present and reconnect with yourself and the other amazing women joining this weekend.

Our Venue
A unique private retreat on the North Norfolk coast.
Nestling in three acres of private grounds, Knotting Hill Farmhouse is just a short walk from the beach set in a stunning location.
We will enjoy a fully equipped outdoor Swedish kitchen with a covered and heated seating area. Enjoy our wood fired hot tub, sauna, outdoor showers and full-sized grass volleyball court, there’s so much to keep us entertained.
With distinctive and luxurious interiors designed by world leading interior design consultancy Russell Sage Studios, you will have everything you need and more.
Your Retreat Host
I’m Amy, Founder of Sculpt Pilates and your Pilates teacher & host during this retreat.
When putting a retreat together I always start with… ‘what would I like to do on a retreat…?! A retreat for me is not about finding yourself or having a big transformation, its about rest and relaxation and taking some time away from the norm.
Wellness is about finding balance and having fun whilst doing it and this Retreat totally embodies that. We are getting out of our comfort zone (or mine at least) with cold water swims and plunge tubs and then having the luxury of the hot water and sauna along with treatments on request.
As a trainer Pilates Instructor, I will be guiding you in two Pilates sessions a day that really help the body unwind, strengthen and energise. Movement is such a huge part of keeping the body feeling good and I cannot wait to help you on that journey.

This Suite is for the girl who wants a bit of private luxury! Knotting Hill partnered with classic country living brand Schöffel to create this key suite. Designed by Schöffel, the bedroom enjoys views to the sea and a balcony overlooking the sedum green roof. Situated on the first floor the suite has a king bed with ensuite shower room.

With an east-facing balcony, Bush Tit has a king-sized bed. Ensuite with bath and separate shower.

With French doors opening into the south garden, Tern has a king-size bed. Ensuite wet room with shower and WC which is also suitable for less able guests.

Facing towards the Sea, Blue Tit has two twin beds. The bedroom also enjoys a Juliet balcony with wide ranging views across open countryside. Ensuite bathroom with shower.

Great Tit faces South enjoying far ranging views from the Juliet balcony across open countryside. Two single beds. Also with ensuite shower room.
Redshank - Shared Room - £875 pp
Redshank faces the sea and has two single beds. Ensuite bath and shower.
Woodcock Bunk Room - £775pp - ***SOLD OUT***
The nicest bunk room I’ve ever seen! Woodcock consist of 4 bunks suitable for adults. The west-facing French doors offer access to the southern garden. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
Only two guests will be placed in this room - great for a pair of friends or two solo attendees - but no-one needs to take a top bunk!
